XML Schema for the NCIP standard v 1.01

Hello,

I am looking for the XML Schema for the NCIP standard v 1.01. The links at
http://www.ncip.info/the-standard.html returns 404, and I'm not able to
find it elsewhere. Does anyone know a publicly available location for it?
Or perhaps have the file itself?
