I don't think it is new, but we recently licensed LibKey and think it is very cool. In theory, the browser plugin (LibKey Nomad) will be deployed campus-wide which will help a lot of folks. Third Iron is also in the later stages of developing an enhanced plugin (Nomad++?) that will be even more slick (and more $$).
