Hi all,
Just a question for the collective hive mind - are there any website measurements / analytics that are sought as a method of evaluating an academic library's quality/effectiveness? I know that there are questions about digital collections, but that is usually interpreted as usage of specific digitized objects. I haven't heard of anything about library website/online guides/discovery tool analytics in any other way being evaluated, have you?
Thank you,
Sharon
