I don’t know if it fits your definition of ‘digital scholarship’, but the term makes me think of FORCE (The Future of Research Communication and e-Scholarship).
I’ve never specifically been to any of their conferences, but I’ve worked with many of folks from that community on the Joint Declaration of Data Citation Principles years ago
