Editing a file in MS Publisher

Hi my esteemed listmates

A .pb file was created in Publisher 365 by someone.

I need to edit that .pub file but after following 2-3 Googled results which
didn't work.

There's a word Club I need to change to the word Group.

I selected Insert > Text Box and drew a box around the word Club but it
just writes characters over what;s already on that page.

Is there a way to delete that underlying word and replace it with Group?

If so how can I match the font style as the word Club appears when I have
no idea which Font styles was used in this file creation?

Is there a better  to use to do this than MS Publisher?

I'm still trying to find a good Publisher group.
