My esteemed listmates,
At our library our 3 in one printers will only scan to TIFF, PDF and jpg.
It will not scan to OCR.
We only have Adobe Acrobat Reader so we can't modify a PDF.
Have others used any online (cloud based) free OCR software?
I have a sign in sheet with lots of data in 5 columns.
I want to have that info all in an editable format.
If I scan and save as a PDF and then i open it in Word 365 it won;t allow
editing of the date in those 5 columns.
Your creative solutions are appreciated.
