Power Icon won't change to On

I have no idea why sauddenl;y W10 trunks the power icon on my Dell laptop
off.

I visited Settings > Personalization > scroll down to Power and it's all
grayed out.

I clicked on the button the word Power I tried dragging the button from off
grey to blue on.

Nothing works.

Has anyone figured this one out?

I've tried 10 suggested by Google.
