The University and State Library at Technical University of Darmstadt (ULB) is looking for a
Semantic Data Specialist (all genders)
to work in the department Information Technology, Research & Development. The position is initially limited until 31/10/2025, starting 1/11/2022.
In the context of the "Data Literacy Alliance" (Dalia), a BMBF-funded project of seven partner institutions employing 17 staff members covering multiple scientific disciplines, and the NFDI section "Training & Education", ULB Darmstadt participates in the establishment of a service for exploration and recommendation of open educational resources for research data management. Based on semantic technologies, this service will allow users to identify knowledge and skills required for research data management and data science and recommend paths to obtain these based on training resources suitable for the user's prior knowledge and scientific background.
