I can’t say for certain, not seeing the webserver logs, but you might have a character in there that you didn’t expect.

I’d recommend looking for anything that’s non-ASCII, like curly quotes, em-dashes, etc, and replace them with the ASCII equivalent if you can.

(I used to get email addresses to ‘NOT ASCII’ from a site that I had listed the correct non-Americanized spelling of my name)
