The International Image Interoperability Framework <https://iiif.io/>
(IIIF) Consortium is pleased to announce the release of a new API.
The Content State API (1.0) generates a link to a particular view of a
digital object, such as a specific area on a particular page of a book
rotated at a certain angle.
