Sources of Blurb Information?

I've been asked to  provide searching on book blurbs. Specifically, search
for books that had blurbs by a particular person.

Anyone have ideas on how to get that information? I'm afraid we're looking
at Amazon or scraping the publishers themselves. Any help would be
appreciated!
