Outlook questions

Hi there,

I have MS Outlook questions so I registered with Ask a Microsoft Question
Community.

I then posted my question successfully.

The next day I get a messenger and my account is blocked.

I click Next and type in my phone number but it won't accept it.

Has anyone found a good forum to ask Outlook questions?

Google results did not resolve my questions.
