*Does anyone know if they are any librarian organizations that focus
specifically on Libraries in Prisons, or Libraries in Institutions?*
So far the best thing I found, is ASGCLA (Association of Specialized,
Government, and Cooperative Library Agencies) http://www.ala.org/asgcla/ which
has been dissolved. https://libguides.ala.org/PrisonLibraries
Also, are there any other library mailing lists other than ALA?
At least here in Canada, I have a hard time finding anything, since my
local library association doesn't have a community listserv, only a
newsletter.
I am joining ALA next year for the mailing lists, even though I am based
out of Canada. So at the moment, CODE4LIB is my best option, sorry if this
request is out of scope.
