Downloading Video Tutorials

Hi All,

I watch live webinars which I can download and save to my hard drive using
Firefox to watch at a later date offline.

The problem is that the video downloads in 380 and not 1080p so the words
on screen appear tiny and grainy.

Has anyone figured out a hack for that?
