This position is responsible for collaboratively developing and managing the systems, interfaces, and data with which the library’s users access information and services in a variety of formats. This position provides assistance in application installation, configuration, management and development for the library’s Red Hat based infrastructure, assists in testing, implementing, customizing and managing various library technologies, and operates as a liaison between the Medical Library and other on-campus technology groups. Responsibilities include: providing programming for end-user applications, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical documentation, staying abreast of trends and developments in the field, and making suggestions for improvements in assigned
areas.
