OpenURL, Pubmed and Ovid or Cochrane

Is anyone successfully using a Primo (any flavor, though bonus for Primo
VE) OpenURL with Pubmed (or the citation linker) and resources from
Journals_at_Ovid and/or Cochrane Library – but specifically with direct
linking enabled?

Example titles:

Ovid:

Implementation and Analysis of a Lean Six Sigma Program in Microsurgery to
Improve Operative Throughput in Perforator Flap Breast Reconstruction.
