EZProxy for London Review of Books

Has anyone have London Review of Books? EZProxy config on OCLC’s website
doesn’t work as cdn.lrb.co.uk refused to be proxied. Is there a way to say
in config file that do not rewrite anything going to cdn.lrb.co.uk?
