The position assists with any project workflows related to or arising from the Libraries’ Digital Library Program that involve open publishing. The position serves as a point of contact for University patrons and performs initial triage on queries related to all open publishing services. The position supports backend open publishing technologies and serves as a point of contact for external vendors whose products are in use for open publishing services.
