Good afternoon,
As part of the first phase of the Bridge2Hyku grant, funded by IMLS
(LG-70-17-0217-17 [1]), we are seeking examples of metadata documentation
and migration planning documentation from other libraries. As the
Bridge2Hyku team begins work on a needs assessment for institutions
preparing for a digital collections migration, examples of documentation
maintained at various institutions will help ensure that we understand the
types of information already captured and inform development of a digital
collections environment data survey.
We are particularly interested in documentation from institutions that have
undergone or are actively planning a migration between digital asset
management systems, but would welcome contributions from any institutions.
