Does anybody here know of a list of non-filing articles for sets of given languages.
I’m writing a program that attempts to update MARC 245 indicator #2. Given the language of a MARC record and a list of non-filing articles (such as English and “A”, “An”, “The”, etc.) it is often possible to calculate the value of MARC 245 indicator #2. Yes, I know. An examination of punctuation is necessary too. But I don’t have a more or less comprehensive list of articles. Surely one exists. No?
