Reporting to the Director of Baker 3.0 Strategy and Infrastructure, responsible for Baker Library technology service delivery and planning, monitoring technology needs and support, and ensuring KLS has the information technology it needs to successfully accomplish its goals. This position serves as KLS’s IT liaison to HBS and Harvard University as appropriate. Job Description: Provides technical support for all software, hardware, applications and platforms not supported by HBS IT. Coordinates service agreements between multiple partners and vendors. Provides a single point of contact to: enable efficiencies; increase knowledge base; implement standard policies and procedures; and improve problem resolution.  Basic Qualifications BA/BS required with minimum 7 years’ experience in supporting information technology and training, preferably in a library or academic environment.  Additional Qualifications Strong technical capabilities, familiarity with information technology environments  Creative problem solving skills, patient and curious trouble-shooter. Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication, active listener, and an iron-clad orientation and commitment to the client service experience. Familiarity with current and emerging technology trends and their application in knowledge and information management organizations, and a strong proven desire to learn about new information technologies, interest in the evolving use of technology for scholarship and teaching in higher education. Strong, proven project management experience, ability to work both collaboratively and independently, willingness to undertake responsibility. Knowledge of digitization techniques, formats, and delivery mechanisms. Proven strong partnership and customer service skills.   Additional Information Cover Letter is Required.
