Web of Science API for data mining

Hello all,

We are trying to use the Web of Science Lite API for data mining.  Our rep
pointed us to a couple "helpful" resources,

https://github.com/lawlesst/wos2vivo (for sample request in python)

https://github.com/enricobacis/wos (based on Premium/Expanded API, but with
some modification it can be used for Lite).

We're having some trouble with that second Python client in Github, maybe
because my assistant and I are novices to data mining and Python.  If you
have a soup-to-nuts novice type of guide for working with the WoS API, I'd
love it if you would share it with me.  I will keep it confidential and
will share any modifications.
