authority files optimised for linked open data?

I'm currently scripting the conversion of >100000 authority records into
MARC. I have quite a bit of sundry information about some of the people and
I'd like encode this in a way which makes it optimal for use / reuse as LOD.

Does anyone have any pointers or examples?
