Howdy Julian,
Could you say a bit more about what you need to do? As Steve mentions, LCC
and LCSH have very different purposes.
A list that you'd get from stitching together the files you were looking at
and a list of officially enumerated LCSH headings will look totally
different. For starters, the lists on
https://www.loc.gov/catdir/cpso/lcco/ contain
only summary information and the officially enumerated LCSH list will have
hundreds of thousands of terms.
There may be some convenient options depending on your objectives.
