*Requirements*

   - Master’s degree in Library Science or equivalent graduate degree
   - 2 years post MLS experience, preferably in an academic library setting
   - Detailed knowledge of copyright, fair use and open access
   - Proficiency with web authoring tools and other web and database
   applications Working knowledge of library metadata standards (familiarity
   with MODS preferred)
   - Experience with open source repository software (Fedora preferred)
   - Experience with, or ability to learn, XSLT and other scripting
   languages
   - Project management skills
   - Familiarity with a CMS such as Drupal preferred
   - Supervisory experience preferred
