Hi Alyssa,

While I do not have hardware to donate... I can point you toward Sentry's Bookwand.
https://www.minitex.umn.edu/Products/Sentry/

It is a mobile rechargeable sensitizer / desensitizer.
I have an example on trial now.
The cost is much less expensive than refurbs through 3M. (wand costs $750).

Subject: [CODE4LIB] 3M Sensitizer/desensitizer

Hello collective wisdom!

I'm hoping someone may be able to help us out.

Our 3M tattle-tape model 435 sensitizer/de-sensitizer has died (RIP). We are now unable to resensitize any of our materials. Would anyone have an extra one of these that they would be willing to donate to our library, or know of where we can find a working one for low cost? This machine is relatively old and hard to come by these days.

Thank you for your consideration!
