VIAF https certs

I'm seeing people report issues with the VIAF HTTPS certs, see
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template_talk:Authority_control

https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=viaf.org&latest gives the
site a fail.
