Bean as last editor, maybe?) could get it indexed in Paperity? Worth a shot.

There a journal processing charge, but you can ask to get it waived.
I don't know what to make of the "I confirm that I am a lawful representative of
the journal and I have full legal capacity to apply for its inclusion in
Paperity" line, but heck, just click it.
