The focus will be largely technical, and will emphasize setting an agenda for various groups to address needs and problems, rather than details of how to solve specific problems. I've deliberately left the agenda  scoped rather broadly , and I want to look at everything from encouraging wider and more routine use of HTTPS to hardening some popular protocols like OAI-PMH. Technical identity management related issues are also in scope, as are some discussions about appropriate levels of assurance.
