Any code4libbers out there who use osTicket and would be willing to give me a hand making some tweaks? I'm importing some email and trying to get the system to recognize the date in the email header rather than creating its own timestamp, but am having some difficulty mostly because I'm a PHP n00b but also because the osTicket documentation is not super fantastic.
