Request for any non-USA librarians to fill out a quick survey for a graduate school project

Greetings All,

I am currently enrolled in an instructional technology graduate program
that is researching how technology is being used in classrooms and in
public/academic libraries. I am completing a project where I am comparing
some very basic information about tech use in in US libraries vs. non-US
libraries.

If any non-US based librarians or library staff members have a moment to
take a quick 10 question survey I would very much appreciate the help.
