**General Summary**
The primary focus of this position is management and coordination of the UNG's
institutional repository and special collections related to university history
and student and faculty research, in digitized, born-digital and physical
formats. Further duties include library instruction and contributing to public
service on the Information Desk.
**Education Requirement**
M.L.S. degree from an accredited ALA program
**Experience Requirement**
Two years experience in academic library special and/or digital collections.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
Qualifications include a commitment to preservation and presentation of
archival and digital research materials; knowledge of digitization concepts,
presentation and processes; knowledge of archival concepts, methodology and
techniques; excellent oral and written communication skills; and the ability
to work collaboratively with colleagues, faculty and students.
