Pre-conferences added to the schedule

With the word that all pre-conferences will run, I've added the
pre-conferences to the draft schedule:

Please improve & fix.

One remaining question: Will Erik's advanced Solr really be an evening
session (as opposed to AM/PM?)--please update the schedule with times or
move it to one of the other half-day slots as appropriate.
