Hi Tim, please do share what, if anything, you learn.

We were planning to use Omnivex Moxie (part of our digital signage solution) to do the same thing, but have just learned that the software version (3.x) we were planning on using requires shared folders to be enabled on the Exchange server, and our central IT department says that because that feature's being depreciated in Exchange 2010 they're not going to do that, so we may be in the same situation.

Subject: [CODE4LIB] web interface to rooms booked in Exchange?

If you have built a web interface to Microsoft Exchange to provide a public "what's going on today in my (building|organization|department)" would you contact me?

We're moving our room booking from another system to Exchange, and the part we don't have is something that lets visitors see what's going on in different rooms during the day.

Thanks,
Tim
