There are some other things running on that server than Drupal.
Including the 'planet' aggregator, the wiki, the custom dieboldotron
voting software, possibly others.
I don't know of anything that requires anything particularly complicated
or non-standard, but when making 'requirements' keep in mind it's not
just the drupal.
