We do not check ID's at the registration desk. We will also have sharpies

This is the short answer to the original question. The slightly longer one
is that all materials such as badges, lists, shirts, lunches, etc have been
generated/ordered/etc so they are as they will be for better or worse.
Also, there is plenty of last minute scrambling.
