Can I assume that there will be a link on this page when registration opens?

If not, where would we go to register? I have searched the site and see no indication of where the registration page will appear. Is this a test of our abilities so that, to demonstrate that we are worthy to attend, we need to be able to find the registration page? ;-)
Any information would be MOST appreciated!
