I'm glad that the principles are getting the attention they deserve.
Note that I posted the announcement of the principles on March 2 to
this list [1] and got no responses. However, since Thomas' posting
seems to have struck a chord, please all go to the site and add your
names to the list of supporters, and use these principles in
discussions with your colleagues.
