Unconference Preconference? Seeking a volunteer

Hi Everyone,

Over on the conference list we've been discussing the possibility of
running a half-day unconference as a preconference on Monday, February
7. The unconference (as they are) will be organized on site, but in
order to put it on the schedule we need someone to step up and
volunteer to take the lead in organizing. I'm willing to assist but
I'd rather not take the lead - it would be great to get someone who
has some experience with unconference organization. Any volunteers?
