Problem creating account on code4lib.org

I just tried creating an account for myself on code4lib.org.

I entered a username and e-mail address, but my password was not e-mailed to
me. I tried to "request new password" but when I enter either the username
or e-mail address which I had specified, I get an error message saying that
they are "not recognized".

When I try to create the account again, it claims that the username and
e-mail address is already in use.

Any ideas?
