Hi Jonathan:
I know that Amazon images return headers... so... I thought if I could
decipher the link pattern to their "search inside" images (you know,
those little arrow deals), that would be the ticket-- and I did.
However, it also returned the "search inside" image even when there was
no contents for the reader. Apparently Amazon generates those images
on-the-fly with the code in the image url.
I guess its back to screen-scraping...
