I think Sebastian is a great suggestion.  He presented several times at UNT over the years and each presentation was well received by a broad range of listeners.  Also at code4lib he can get all geeky and such.

Going back to the original question about keynotes, I think Sebastian
Hammer from IndexData would be an interesting choice.
