Hi all,

With several issues being 'solved', I'm finally starting to generate the
final videos.  They'll be posted here for now, to be put in another
place (?) if appropriate.  We might have a mirror where they can be
streamed too.

If for any reason you do not want your presentation posted (lightning
talks included) please let me know.  Also, Roy/Edward, could you let me
know who has given a release agreement?
