Subject: ALCTS Workflow Efficiency Interest Group
The ALCTS Workflow Efficiency Interest Group will meet at ALA Monday,
1:30PM at the Hilton Hotel, Monterey Room. Two topics will be
covered in a town hall format (brief overview presentations followed by
audience participation):
* How To Manage Staff During Major Workflow Changes
* How E-Book Purchases Are Affecting Acquisitions Workflows
We welcome participants from the library, publisher, and vending community,
and look forward to lively discussions from a variety of viewpoints,
especially
from those who have been involved in managing workflow change processes.
