Electronic Serials 101-ALCTS Preconference at ALA Annual Conference
Friday, June 27
Anaheim, California

There is still time to register at the advance rate for this one-day 
preconference at
ALA Annual in Anaheim, California.  Register by May 16 to qualify for 
reduced
rates.  The session will be held in the Anaheim Convention Center, Room 
207D. 
On-site registration will be also be accepted.

Description:
Electronic information has come of age, yet many organizations have yet 
to fully
appreciate the new skill set needed to successfully cope with the 
complex nature
of electronic serials management. This one-day preconference is designed 
to provide
survival tips for those who find themselves drowning in e-information 
overload.
Practical issues such as workflow, organizational structure and 
e-management tools
will be covered, as will the roles of the various players in the 
e-serials information chain.

Time: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 27
