The Ohio State University Libraries has a position open in its two-year 
residency program for a recent library school graduate. The Mary P. Key 
Resident Librarian program is designed to help bridge academic* 
*training to practical experience for recent library graduates from 
underrepresented groups and to increase diversity in academic 
librarianship and at the Ohio State University.

This two-year residency focuses on monographs. Under the supervision of 
the Head of the Monographs Department, the Resident will develop skills 
in system administration, all aspects of monograph acquisitions and 
processing, fund management and auditing requirements, liaison work with 
vendors, publishers, and subject selectors, internal instruction and 
training, supervisory skills, report writing, and communication with 
groups served by the Monographs Department.
