Subject: Study on retention of academic librarians

We are researching retention policies and practices at academic 
libraries in the United States and hope that you will consider 
completing a brief online survey on your experiences with retention 
efforts. If you are currently employed as a professional librarian at a 
two-year college, baccalaureate or master's college, university, or 
special-focus institution, we would appreciate your participation in our

survey. We welcome responses from librarians at all levels in their 
careers.

We hope to receive all responses by March 9, 2007.

Completing the survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes. This survey

is anonymous and confidential. You will not be asked to provide any
