Subject: ALA meeting announcement (Automated Acquisitions/In Process 
Control Discussion Group of ALCTS)
 
On Sunday, January 21 from 10:30 till 12:30 the Automated Acquisitions
/In Process Control Discussion Group of ALCTS will hold a discussion in
Room 604 of the Washington State Convention & Trade Center during 
Midwinter ALA. The topic of the discussion will be "FRBR: Will it 
positively impact Acquisitions? If so, how, and what will it take to 
get there?"  Helping form a discussion of the issues will be a panel 
that includes:

Angela D'Agostino, VP of Business Development & Marketing, R.R. Bowker
Eric Redman, IT Architect, Blackwell's Book Services
Ted Fons, Acquisitions Product Manager, Innovative Interfaces Inc.
