Please register by September 16, 2005, if you would like to attend 
Brick and Click Libraries: An Academic Library Symposium on October 
14, 2005, at Northwest Missouri State University.

You may register in one of three ways:

1. Mail a hard copy of the registration form located at 
<http://www.nwmissouri.edu/library/pr/symposium/registration.htm>. 
Make your check payable to Northwest Missouri State University.

2. Fax a copy of the registration form (with your institutional P.O. 
number listed) to Beverly Ruckman at (660) 562-1049. 

3. Register by phone with your credit card: call Beverly Ruckman at 
(660) 562-1192.
