Hi all!

ALA is a tad more than a week away.  Hopefully you are in the midst of 
finalizing your schedule and you have some free time in which you might 
like to help out ALCTS!  We still have some open slots for volunteers at

the ALCTS Membership booth.  Please see the info below and if you can 
volunteer, please let us know.  We'd really appreciate it!

ALCTS Members!

Those of you going to the ALA conference in Orlando this June are
invited 
to volunteer at the ALCTS membership booth.  It's easy and a good way to

spend time talking with present and prospective members of ALCTS. It's
also 
a great way to get to know ALA/ALCTS staff.  ALCTS will share space with

LAMA this year in the exhibit area.

The ALCTS booth schedule is available online at:

As volunteers sign-up, their names will be added to the appropriate time

slots. Those interested in volunteering for a one or two-hour time slot
can 
check this site to see what slots are currently available. We would like
to 
have two people working at the booth during all the hours it is open:

Saturday, Sunday and Monday (June 26-28, 2004) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday (June 29, 2004) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
